My name is Jill. Having recently converted to being a stay at home/part time working mom, I have discovered that I actually enjoy being in my kitchen cooking! (Who’d a thunk it??) I don’t even mind doing the dishes! Granted, they do sometimes “soak” overnight ha ha!. I have always liked entertaining. I love being surrounded by friends and family and having yummy yummy food and drinks to fill them up. Good laughs, good friends and good food… and I am a very happy girl.
I lived in England for 2+ years with my husband of 8 years Jesse, and my 3 1/2 year old daughter Avery. We had fun exploring the country as well as trips to Ireland and France. However, we are so happy to be home in the USA! Long Island, NY to be exact. You never appreciate mom, baseball, and apple pie (not to mention American football) until you live somewhere else! We are enjoying our new home (aka the money pit) by the Great South Bay and putting our stamp on it. We are loving having our friends and family close by again and are having a blast just being together!

I am sure Avery is getting to be quite the little lady. We’ve been getting pics from Rosanna whenever she gets them.
She is truly a beautiful little girl.

WOW! Madison and I just finished eating the best Corn Chowder ever! My 4 yr old has good taste. One spoonful and she wanted to call Jill, and tell her just how great it was. Yes Madison finished every last spoonful. Well done. Please keep the insanely good food coming.
